Returns Policy

Once an order has been made, we cannot accept any returns, due to the item
being personalised.

We cannot make any changes once the product has the embroidery on it.
Please check all spellings, details thoroughly before placing your order.

For you to have a trouble-free experience we would strongly advice to check
and double check the information before submitting your order.

We always check products and garments before leaving our warehouse,
however if for any reason there is a mistake with the personalisation on our
part, please contact us within 7 days and we will send out a replacement free
of charge.
